Always wear your seatbelt.

A mandatory practice that is very common for regular drivers but when it comes to the new drivers, they can forget it. It will take a few times to get used to it but if you prepare your mind and stick to the one, two, three, and four safety checks, you will get used to it. Remember this safety hack is not only for yourself but for the people who might sit in your car well. Always wear your seatbelt after locking your car from inside and then ask the people accompanying you to wear their seatbelts as well. 

Learn Vehicle Warning Signs

Since you are a new driver, you might not be so familiar with your vehicle’s warning signs. You can learn these signs easily online. People often ignore the engine check light to keep delaying to save money. But we would prefer you not to do this as the later you fix the problem, the greater the expense would be. The easiest way to keep a check on the signals is to every time you drive your car whether there is any different sign or not. If there is one, go check it and fix it.

No Cell Phone While Driving

One major hack to avoid any major accident is to avoid your mobile phone. Yes, it is important and a part of life to stay informed but there could be better ways to do that. You don’t necessarily need to hold your mobile in your hand. You can use a mobile holder that can be fixed on your dashboard. You can use your earbuds for a call or can simply put on the phone speaker. If not, what is BlueTooth for? Connect your phone with the car and keep driving like a pro.
